Business Process Automation
We've been able to accelerate and optimize business workflows while reducing the number of manual steps by automating repetitive tasks for businesses we work with.
An example of this we have completed would include accelerating product onboarding for an apparel client through Zapier, Dropbox, and Shopify by creating a workflow that would automatically create a "draft" product in shopify based on the naming convention used by your photographer, when he uploaded the product into a specific folder within your drobox.
The flow would even notify your website designer, when the image was available, so that he can apply the appropriate product tags, configure variants, and add product SEO into the product description in real time as soon as the image is uploaded from the photoshoot.
This not only increased the Merchant's return on investment by getting collateral uploaded faster, but also made it so that they were no longer a bottleneck required to send photos from one collaborator to another. This also reduced the steps required for the website designer to onboard products by carrying details into shopify from drop box, and this in turn reduced the number of labor hours that the client had to pay for on a monthly basis.
We design these processes on a 1-1 basis so that each automated workflow fits the unique needs of the technology, entrepreneur, and end user that work within the business. We also use this as a layer two approach after we get an understanding of your current processes after having worked closely with the entrepreneur and developing an understanding of their current daily processes while designing their digital storefront. This lets us know what is important to the consumer, what the current state of their workflows are, and where they are at in the process of digital transformation.
